Family owns here so its a go-to place. Good memories are made year after year. Beds look more comfortable than they actually are.

The hotel is dirty and lacks the regular upkeep you'd see at a Disney resort in Orlando. Our room was NOT cleaned at all by a staff member that came to clean it and exchange towels. The rugs have been quite dirty - enough to make our feet black! My biggest complaint is the hotel's towel policy for the pool. You are required to exchange a pool card for a towel and if you do not turn in all the cards you were given at checkout, you are charged $20 per card. It's a great way to make time share owners and their guests feel like common criminals because the Sheraton can't figure out a way to make sure the towels aren't stolen. It's quite pathetic. Never will stay here again even though my wife's parents have a timeshare here. I will be staying at a Disney resort where the guests actually matter to the company.

The experience at this hotel is inexcusable. From the front desk to the cleaning crew. Nothing has gone right since I checked in. Never will I stay here again nor recommend this place
