BEST WESTERN Capistrano Inn

The best western was a great location and had friendly staff

Upon arrival there were 3 employees behind the desk and zero customers exuding myself. I was ignored by all 3 for about 3 minutes until one finally said he'd be with me shortly and explained that their computers had crashed. I understand technical issues but don't ignore a guest for that reason. Had my room not been prepaid I would've left and gone elsewhere. Also, we were given an early check-in at 1pm. Due to our flight we arrived at the hotel at 2. When we went to go into our room a maid was still cleaning it. Thank goodness we didn't actually at 1 as intended.
