We had a great visit and had stayed there once before with no problems. We had not hot water to take a shower and when I called the front desk, I was told they had the washers running and had to reset the water heater. Twenty- five minutes later still no hot water so we checked out. The lady at the front desk gave us a different excuse everyone tried to take a shower at the same time. We wee not happy
