The hotels in the area are really improving their aesthetics and BW needs to ensure they are keeping up with the competition.

They over charged me for the room but they fixed it sort of. Cleaning services don't come everyday

Had to change rooms due to very loud guests congregating in next room & children running up & down the hallways hollering & crying while their parents were in their rooms allowing them to do it. Front desk was accommodating about that pretty quickly. Shower is hot right up until it runs cold & freezes you then switches back and scalds you. Hall corridors are very warm, no air. Prices in cafe & restaurant are ridiculous. Employees were all very nice. Parking was very crowded & hard to find a spot. Pool was nice & big, hot tubs nice & basketball & tennis courts were a plus.

Rather not get into it because i would write a book on here, but staff is rude, dirty rooms, and since this is a pet friendly, you should make a separated floor or tower for only people with dogs, so people without dogs doesnt call to complain about barking, if guests stays on that floor or on that tower they are agreeing to stay with other guests that have dog and there for cant complain about barking.... Had a HUGE issue about that. VERY DISSATISFIED
