Most beautiful view ever at my door. Very friendly staff. Had bad experience at Best Western in St Augustine FL so have not stayed at BW in several years. My husband chose this one without my input. Turned out to be a blessing. The ladies at the front desk, the housekeepers and the lady that covers the breakfast bar were all so nice. We will be back.

The room size was good and the location was good. I was attending a conference at lake Junaluska but the rooms were smelled strongly of cigarettes. We had two rooms and both rooms were BAD. We called the front desk and they told us to come get something that they use for the smell. That did help. Continental breakfast was great and had a large selection of various goods. View of mountains was great too.
