My review is mixed. Could not ask for friendlier staff. I unpacked all my stuff and found that the fridge did not work. This was important to me. I needed a freezer. But I was exhausted so I turned down offer to move rooms, however a maintenence request was put in to switch it out the next day and I was fine with that. in the meantime they put my gatorade in their freezer. The following afternoon I expected it to be replaced so I came back to put my gatorades in the freezer but it was still broken. Front desk called to find maintenence but was unsuccessful and called to offer me another room. During the time I waited for maintenence I did not risk showering and missing him so I was not ready for my evening outing on time. I denied the offer for another room and let my drinks melt. When I finally got to the shower there was a huge hair in the tub. I got that out. Pretty gross. There is a bit of mold around the walls and ceiling above the shower. The outlets around the room are loose and won't hold plugged cords well. There is also a wall outlet hanging out of the wall. I think that's all. I WOULD recommend this hotel, overall. It's comfortable and the staff and atmosphere saves it. It's pleasing to the eye and smells clean. The state inspector was here grading them so it was a good thing this room was booked or they would have gotten penalized on my room.
