Poor parking for horse track. Facility is no where as good as it use to be.

Sad to say this racino has declined since the grand opening. Slots are tight restrooms are not up to par especially daytime. And maintenance issues are needed. This was a favorite gaming facility for me a few months ago.

The aluminum bleachers look cheap and are uncomfortable. The concourse area is cramped. Has gone down hill since ownership change.

Service at the bar was horribly slow. It took over 30 minutes from when we arrived to get our first drink.

Staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. Reached out to the the sales team for four weeks to get information for a group event - nothing. Even visited BP twice - still no help. Once we were there, we were made to feel as if we were a bother by requesting 17 reserved seats. Unbelievable. We will not be returning.
