Nice place food good &slots loose

Went with a group of friends to try our luck at the slots. A lot has changed with differnt types of machines. The Staff was great from boss Jerry to attendant Rita we had an excellent. Time. The bathrooms were super clean which shocked me due to the amount of people that were there. Just overall great time.

The food at the buffet was DELICIOUS! The staff was very helpful by describing the dishes, making suggestions, and checking that we had all we needed. Phenomenal experience!

Excellent facility. Very friendly staff in the slot area. Their manager Jerry? Was great explaining how to operate the games. He helped us with our Bonus Rewards/Free play. I wouldn't have even known he was the manager if it wasn't for one of the employees at the cash out area. He was out there in the crowd with everyone else. If this is how your managers are then Belterra Park is moving in the right direction. One complaint. It took forever to get a drink. We ate at the buffet and the crab legs were the best. Just a great experience overall!
