We had only been there once back in 2094 and weren't sure if we had a players card . When we checked we did but since we did we could not get the promo going on for new players. Very disappointing!

Went to the spa/salon. Brooke did my hair. She is so good and always does the best job. She is so sweet. I was really sad to hear that it was her last day here. You guys are missing out! I definitely will be following where she goes instead of just staying at belterra

casino and facility was great. food place on the other hand was horrible. waitress was horrible. food was frozen still. she never even cleaned anything off our table. there was 5 of us and had 15 glasses on table when we left
