The park has reduced the number of lines for ice cream to one which incurs incredibly long lines. This change was not well announced. When I stood in another line for 20 minutes only to find out there was no ice cream. The saleattendant was rude to me and left me to her colleagues her only answer was it's over there. I will not buy concessions from Smokies Stadium ever again
