Everything was above & beyond our expectations, minus the associates at the tube 'rental'. They were unfriendly, in a hurry & seemed to busy to interact or explain the process better. We had to keep asking questions as to where to go next & anything else. Only unsatisfactory experience! The associates on the tube slopes were very friendly & talkative!
