My children love Big Kahuna's, but I do have some issues to complain about. We bought season passes because it is really worth the money. Several of the attractions have been closed down for several of our visits, which has been disappointing. The food area on the lower level where we tend to hang out closes early and won't even refill out drinks anymore so we have to go all the way to the top just to get a drink. We went to renew our passes, but the young man in customer service really couldn't answer any of my questions so I didn't end up renewing our passes. Overall I am satisfied, but there is room for much needed improvement.

The water flow for the 3 rivers is messed up. Something's not tight there. You can't move easily. It really takes the fun out of it.

This place is a little expensive, but it was fun. We got there early to beat the crowd and it was a good decision. It got busier in the afternoon.

Old and out of date. The layout of the park is horrible.

Park is disorganized, quality of slides are poor, dirty surroundings, etc.
