Expensive and typical mechanics. Always they to add on to the sale. How many times do I have to say "just an oil change"?

I only went to JL because the service received on a previous visit was incomplete. The staff are very friendly but if they had checked everything they were supposed to on the last visit K wouldnt have had to go back.
