It was clean and we had fun. A storm was coming in and you could see lightning but they never made anyone get out of the water.

Like the facility, but their cost of food there is really outrageous, and it's not really that good. We went yesterday and several of the attractions were not opened! On the weekends is when everything attraction wise should be opened!

I don't understand why the laser maze room has no air it's so hot in there one of my kids almost passed out. The little cheap plug in fan at the counter is not enough.

Music around the lazy river was WAY too loud. Teenagers were being allowed to rough house and disturb others. And I have a problem with the advertisements claiming the "lowest price of the season" when the price was just raised. That is misleading.

Why is it that I cannot have a small float for my infant in the wave pool and lazy river? I am told that it obstructs the lifeguards vision but there are big yellow floats in the lazy river that obstruct the view much more than my infant float the I am closely monitoring at all times. Why is it ok to have floats for big kids that can touch the bottom and/or swim but not for my infant that can do neither! This makes no sense and is a safety hazard! He isn't big enough for just a puddle jumper yet and traditional like jackets are uncomfortable and make him miserable! This is a ridiculous rule that endangers my child.

My boys were bullied in the lazy river and asked a staff member/lifeguard for help and they laughed at them.. REALLY??? Only good food was the funnel cake the ice cream was not and the girl working the register was sooooo rude. The drinks in the ice cream were over syrupy and one was even broken in the ice cream shop
