It had what I was looking for, close to the zoo, breakfast, & pool. But the indoor pool was way TOO cold, the front desk said they were working on it but it was never fixed. The ice machine was broken on our floor we had to go downstairs to get it. There is no elevator so u have to carry all ur luggage up & down the stairs. There isn't any where decent to eat close.

Room was not what was described on line. We reserved a room that said it had a separate room with two queen beds and a pull out. Just one big room and the beds were the smallest queens I've slept on. Pool was warm but not very big. Breakfast was ok. The area for breakfast was set up so it didn't flow very well with the amount of people that ate there. Staff was friendly enough. If I came back for a visit I'd pick a different hotel.

Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs didn't taste done, waffles still soggy and stuck to waffle maker. Slit in door of room.
