TV didn't work. Had to change rooms. I don't care if your staff is friendly. I want service, good service

There was a nail that hadn't been properly hammered into the floor and my daughter stepped on it and started bleeding. The elevator lights were dim and made the already awkward atmosphere more awkward. The entire hotel smelled of disinfectant masking the smell of body odor. The hotel room I stayed in didn't have two beds but rather an uncomfortable pull out that only came with one thin blanket that did a horrible job of keeping warm. The only good thing about my stay was the complimentary breakfast and the friendly breakfast staff and the fast and free wifi.
