The hotel needs more people at front desk for check-in, or teach people at the front desk how juggle appropriately. When we were checking in, a group of 3 woman were causing a scene/arguing with a woman at the counter about their room rate. Apparently, they were having a class in the hotel and tried reserving rooms ahead of time. But they caused a line to form because there were only 2 people at the desk to check-in guests, one of whom was on the phone with a customer. Our check-in took less than 5 minutes. I shouldn't know so much about someone else's reservation or problems, but I do because we were there for quite some time.
