Crowne Plaza Hotel

My tv didn't work well. The outside walk area was icy, slick and never cleared. Had to pay full price to park. I feel guess should not have to pay or maybe a reduced price.

Rooms were really small. Not very modern.

First room smelled like BO so they moved our rooms (but we still were asked to pay for an upgrade). Rooms positioned as "city view" were really a view of the parking lot. TV in bedroom was very dark and hard to see. We ordered a movie, could not see it, called for someone to come look at it and when there was nothing he could do he said he'd make sure the movie wasn't charged to our room. When we checked out the movie was still in our bill. Also ordered room service and provided a separate cc # to charge the food to, but the food was included on the card provided at check in.
