I work here. Beautiful place, security guards are awesome.

The atmosphere of the building was the best part. Beautiful

My bathroom was straight up dirty, the tub wouldn't drain and up came hair that wasn't mine. There was a medicine patch stuck to my carpet, dust everywhere, and a chipped glass in the service-ware.

We always stay here when we come down to Tampa. I will say there were s few issues this stay. Our room did not get cleaned one day and we requested new towels. The towels never arrived. They threw stuff away in our room that we didn't want thrown out!

The restaurant service wasn't great! But the hotel rectified it
