Crowne Plaza Hotel

hotel stay didn't start off right, but in the end it was well worth it. looking forward to our next overnight stay.

Good staff. Clean rooms.

We visited the bar to have drinks before a business dinner. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Disappointed with the people who made my reservations from the central booking but once I arrived at the hotel everyone was friendly and enjoyed my stay.

Stayed up on the 13 th floor every time the bathroom was flushed you could hear the pipes loud..

The $39 valet parking fee per day in New Orleans, LA is outrageous on top of the price of the room.

Pool area needs to be revamped. Not festive at all. We were on the side of the hotel that had a large chiller on a building next door. Buzzing was loud. Hall on the way to room smelled like mildew. No free wifi. Mattress was a little firm and u only get three small pillows in each bed.
