Crowne Plazas just don't compete with other top flight hotels. And PLASTIC glasses in the room, really?

It was a nice stay

They had just screaming down the halls at 3 o'clock in the morning the maid did not come in to clean my room until 4 o'clock that afternoon the air conditioner didn't work properly

Hotel is old and needs to be renovated

They should put free parking if your staying at the hotel

Although manor cleanliness problems, they moved us and gave us new rooms

When ever we flushed the toilet in our room, it legitimately sounded like the squeals of a dying pig. Also, our shower has odd discolored spots on the floor of the tub. The walls are paper thin. I was woken up at 5 in the morning to the sound of water rushing loudly through pipes of someone above my room taking a shower. Disappointed.

staff were rude and unprofessional.

Heard elevator all night and room was not available until late.
