Jiffy Lube

I always use Jiffy Lube. I like all that the service includes

Upon pulling into Jiffy Lube I was informed by one of the staff via motion, to move my vehicle to another location; and the garage door was closed. After moving, I noticed another car pull up, an employee came out, opened his door, and escorted him inside through an opened door. I sat in my vehicle, waiting for someone to greet me, receive my car keys, and escort me into the establishment. It never happened. After sitting for over 10minutes, I exited my car and asked to see a manager. His name was Mike, and he was very non-chalant, uncaring, and did nothing to show any concern. He never even apologized for the lack of customer service. Very displeased with the service. Will NOT ever be returning.
