It was nice and interesting staff

We are owners and were VERY disappointed in the cleanliness. We had a dirty towel in our room when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways were stained and there were food crumbs constantly. The hot tub and pool area were also littered with trash and there is black mold/mildew around the Hottub plus the water smelled foul. Our hallway on the 5th floor wreaks like trash. Just very disappointed

Rooms are noisy I don't know why. I felt like someone was filling me the entire time. I squired a strange skin condition while staying I felt as if my personal info was being compromised to others

Terrible experience! No sort of customer accommodations for all the mistakes done of their behave. Would NOT recommend this hotel/resort/company to anyone! If anything I will make sure to speak negativity of the company so no one will waste their money and time
