Your customer service staff was super, super friendly (young African American lady)! she deserves a raise, excellent customer service. She was the nicest staff I've ever had at all the jiffy lube locations I've visited across California. HOWEVER, the technician was very pushy on trying to sell me services I did not need and was not anywhere due either based on my manufacturers recommendations.
