The new fact I have no idea what to wear my hair glasses on and off I don't think I might have to be in a while to load and then you can be used to it all and all of you are not going to get to know what you do it all in one.

dissapointed because we had to make line outside, they didnt let us in 5 minutes before showtime. the i went to concessions stand with a big line.

It is the grossest AMC i have ever visited. It is so dirty (theater and restrooms)- no wonder it attracts the type of weird people i encountered there. Grown adults were texting throughout the movie and talking loudly, also making inappropriate comments and sounds. It was like watching a movie with a bunch of immature kids.

The lines were so long and many machines did not work. Definitely understaffed! Waiting in line for tickets (since the machines to buy and pick up on your own do not work) for 30 min and then the concession line for 30 min = the movie had already started and there were not any seats together. We really should not have to get there an hour early to see the whole movie! We figured 40 min early would be enough but not with everything being broken and AMC Palm Promenade being understaffed. Poor forecasting on their part. We missed the movie we went to see because of this and this seems to be a trend there now days.
