Food at buffet not as good as usual

Stayed here for the weekend. Clean hotel. Awesome oyster restaurant. Would have ordered room service but no menu in the room. No coffee either!

Always great but needs some renovations.

We love staying at the Nugget but it seems to be going downhill lately. We come to Reno about 5 times a year and always stay here. But the rooms aren't as clean as they could be, they're old, the cleaning crew always leaves something behind or forgets to clean something, and I've even seen underwear left in the room from the previous guest. The hot tub in the room doesn't hold enough water and the seals are old so the water drains as you're sitting in it (and that's in every room we've had). The prime rib buffet was awful! The front desk staff is never very friendly anymore. I think it's time to find a new place to stay.
