Clean hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff. Don't like the Bordeaux food though

I was on the 2nd floor, the soap dish in the shower was covered in mildew. the thermostat didn't work, I was never offered a cookie and milk. The woman at the front desk was rude to our clients. However the our conference was wonderful.
