Crowne Plaza Hotel

We were placed in a room with two double beds after requesting a single queen or king size bed. After requesting to move to an appropriate room, we were declined and told that the hotel was already overbooked and that six reservations would already have to be "walked" when they arrived. In general, overbooking seems unprofessional, tacky, and not up to par with what the Crowne Plaza should stand for. We were not offered any comps nor additional amenities for the inconvenience. The bedding in the room was absolutely unacceptable. It felt like hospital bedding combined with a bed liner. The morning breakfast buffet was disappointing and most serving dishes were empty.
