We love Dave and busters but this experience was not a good one. We ate dinner with out of town friends and it took forever. There was not a lot of people so I'm not sure what the delay was. The waitress was not attentive and was very hard to find. When we finally did receive our food it was cold. We had been waiting so long that we just dealt with it. Refills were never offered and the waitress argued with us when we told her that we did not order a grilled cheese sandwich. Furthermore when we were playing games we informed the crew that a game had not given us our tickets but nobody ever came after 15 minutes of waiting. It definitely did not turn out to be a fun night out.

Only one guy working front desk and line was outrageous

Unfriendly staff. Was told my infant daughter and grandparents could not sit at a table since they were not purchasing food.
