There is no diaper changing stalls which is completely unacceptable.

The table we were seated at was dirty and there was a leftover glass of something on it. I had to brush a bunch of sticky rice off my seat with my bare hands before sitting down. The seats themselves were so uncomfortable. I felt like I was forced to sit up perfectly straight, like a stick. And there was very little room between me and the table (and I'm not fat). I was only able to order certain food items because I was doing the Eat & Play Program (which makes no sense- let us order what we want). I ordered a cheeseburger that wasn't very good (not cooked to order and dry). My husband didn't even finish his burger because he thought it was so bad. Games were fun but we ran out of credits within an hour. Overall, a mediocre experience. We won't be back again unless we are desperate for something to do, or we get a deal in the mail for a good percentage off the price of playing some games.

A lot of the games didn't work and it was hard to get someone to fix it. We had helms fun though.

The bathrooms were very disgusting. The games had trouble reading my card and took several points without awarding gameplay. The waiter over charged us by adding a different item that was not what we ordered. And the prize room was a complete disorganized mess. It was not very good.

Staff was rude

The beverages tasted awful. Specifically the painkiller. I ordered the sampler tray to share and it was not nearly enough food to be reasonably satisfied.

There was no seat available and the wait list was over 2 hours! Ridiculous!

Medium sized group only one waitress. Waitress messed up a lot. Forgot things and messed up the bill more than a few times. Restrooms were gross. Didn't use them once bc of that.

Terrible service!! Food was not great. The food was cold.
