Overcrowded

Horrible service. The staff was extremely rude

I was highly dissatisfied with my visit to Dave and busters. we arrived at 8:30 and was told we would be seated by 10:00. We sat at the bar and the customer service was horrible, the bartenders were really rude and could care less about the customers. At 10:00 we were told it would be another 45 minutes. So we had to leave without eating or playing games as planned.

I arrived there at 8 was trying to get a table they told me everyone under the age of 18 has to be out by 10.

Went for dinner but left after waiting 30 min, with only being told the busser is coming around, I left.
