Not as good as before

bathroom was dirty and smelled. Also food was not that good. The games that I wanted to play where broken or no tickets. Didn't have any fun with the family. It was to much money.

So busy...everyone was friendly but the line to play any games or anything was too long to stay

There were a lot of games that were not working properly, so money was wasted on games that did not work. That is always frustrating. But I love that this establishment is always putting in new things and changing it up!

worst experience ever. game room was fine. restrooms were dirty, had no soap, and no toilet tissue. waited over an 1.5 hours for a table in the restaurant after being quoted a wait time of 30-45 minutes. when food arrived , the order was wrong. had to send plate back twice. order still incorrect when meal was brought back the third time

Service was absolutely horrible. Server put in the appetizer with the food order- everything came out at same time. Ordered frozen drinks- came water down- like it had been sitting on counter. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for our server to come back with our credit cards and checks.

Not satisfied with the bowling laines,they kept jambing

Waitress did not take our order or even check on us for 25 minutes and even then the service was poor

Waitress took 30 minutes after we were done eating to bring us check took us 2 hours to dine and couldn't get prize hate that you can't pay for difference if not enough tickets smaller prizes suck and waste of time and money rather go to chuck e cheese they let u buy prizes

Terrible customer service at the bar and ghetto clientele.
