It was my first experience and I was very displeased with several games not functioning within 30 min of being there. Even after getting a technician to assist they did not offer to restart our game since the time ran out before we could play. Me and the kids had to wait to hunt him down again. It was my sons 11th birthday and we drove over two hours to get there. Very bad taste in our mouth after hearing such good things.

We tried to use a machine to purchase a game card. It didn't work, so we had to take our printout and wait in line at the main desk to completely redo the transaction, Several of the games we wanted to play were broken. We had a 2 hour wait for our table which turned into a 2.5 hour wait. Once we were finally seated, our waiter provided excellent, speedy service, and the food was delicious.

Dirty restaurant and food tastes like it was days old. Very horrible.

Went in for a late dinner and were told to sit wherever. After 5 minutes someone comes up and asks what we were doing ... They said they would find us a server. She seemed friendly but took forever to get us drinks. I would look over by the bar area and she would constantly be over there on here phone texting away!!! I won't go back
