It was ok

It was about what I expected. I thought the associates working the prize area could have been a bit more helpful than what they were. It seemed like they were actively trying to avoid helping me and my nephew. The associate who helped us at the door and explained how everything worked was great.

My family and I had so much fun! The games were fun, the facility was clean.

One of the biggest complaint is that I have about this because it was the attentiveness and the friendliness of the staff. Five minutes before we were approached for our drink order. It was not our waitress, but one of the managers. He was aloof, and made no attempt to try to connect with us as customers. His general demeanor was like getting drink orders was below him. When the server approached sometime later, she wasn't any friendlier. It seemed as if we were more of an imposition than a valued customer. One good point about our server was she did a good job keeping our drinks refilled. Later on, the manager came by to clear our plates and never bothered to ask how our meal was or if there was anything else that we needed. The quality of the food was okay-- the only thing that was truly bad was the chicken fingers. This is the second time in a row that the chicken fingers have been extremely dry and overcooked.

The place was overly crowded and it was otter chaos.
