The waiters breath STANK. It lingered. It burned off eyelashes. If the service had been even marginally decent the horrible smell could have been excused, but service was slow, inaccurate, and frustrating.

I was so embarrassed by the way we were treated upon checking in and purchasing play cards. I took my nephews and they wanted to use a gift card that they had been given. I gave the cashier the gift card with a $50 balance on it to apply towards our purchase. She told me that the gift card was declined. There was a very large line so I moved over so she could take care of other customers. She kept my cash and told me to come back. I called the master card company that issued the gift card and they confirmed that it had $50. on it. I stood back in line only to be told by the same person in front of several customers (again) that it was declined. I told her that I just called and confirmed that it had $50 on it. She did not care. She never called a manager to help her. I was mortified so just paid cash and purchased 3 play cards for my nephews. As soon as we left we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. Just out of curiosity I asked them to try the gift card. It went through just fine on the first try. How amazing! The sales clerk was so rude and uncooperative. It is one thing to humiliate an adult but you should not be rude to kids. If she did not know how to run the transaction she should have asked for assistance. You should never embarrass a customer. I would have left; however, my nephews had their hearts set on playing games. I tried to downplay the entire situation but I will never, ever go to this location again!

The machines went down about 20 minutes after we arrived and paid over $100 to play. We waited in line to play the very few games that were working after system was rebooted. After waiting over an hour for the other hundreds of games to start working which never did, we went to stand online to cash out tickets and after getting to the front of the line, that system went down! Waited again and finally got out of there... NEVER TO RETURN!
