The receptionists are so pleasant and helpful. The massage therapist was so professional and pleasant.

Robin was very informative about my skin conditions and offered options to focus on. She is very pleasant and makes you feel relaxed during your facial. There was no waiting time prior to appointment and didn’t feel rushed after the appointment. Product information was given for products used during facial. Was added to waitlist for an item that was on order. Awesome facial! Would definitely recommend Robin.

Every staff member I interacted with was kind. Julia is a fantastic massage therapist, and allowed me to completely zone out and relax. The check in and check out process is quick and painless.

I was greeted very warmly on my arrival. The receptionist ( Sam) was professional yet friendly. The esthetician ( Robin) was quite knowledgeable about the treatment and just had a great “ vibe”. I knew she do a great job.

I appreciate Harsha’s ability to relieve the aches and pains, more so though I appreciate that Harsha has taken the time to know me and understand the issues that I face

Esthetician was on-time, knowledgeable about the service and products, and front desk staff were able to assist me with all my questions (easily signed up for the Lifestyle Membership).

Ulyses was an amazing RMT with excellent customer service skills. He had a deep understanding of his profession and made sure to ask me about my needs instead of making assumptions. What stood out the most was that he didn't push me to purchase anything, which was a huge relief since I had recently lost my job. I didn't feel any pressure to buy products or leave a tip, as it's not customary in my home country. Overall, Uly made me feel genuinely cared for and respected during the session.
