I am always greeted in a friendly manner and enjoy the calming ambiance of the waiting area. They always have water available and I never have to wait too long for my appointment to commence. The massage therapists that I consistently see get to know me and I feel very comfortable with them. All employees have always been friendly and professional which also helps me to feel comfortable.

Robin does an excellent job. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and has very good technique. I also like the range of facial services that Hand and Stone offers.

Dorothy is a true detective. She was able to pinpoint the cause of my arm pain and start alleviating it. It has made my operation of my mouse and laptop a lot better. Dorothy is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions kindly and with detail and consideration. She truly cares about what she's doing.
