The staff is always very pleasant and professional. Dorothy, the therapist, is exceptional in both knowledge and responding to concerns and health issues. I went in with a broken back after surgery and she was able to work around my issues and still provide significant relief. She is fabulous.

My aesthetician is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I am happy that there is a spa in the area that I can go to for hair removal and facials. I like the selection of skin products available for purchase.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. All the therapists have been excellent. It is a very relaxing and soothing place, I always feel so much better after my appointment

I had a great RMT who provided a great massage and follow up suggestions. However, the room beside us, perhaps a break room, was very loud for most of my session and that did break the mood. Consider making the walls sound proof or move the break room away from the treatment rooms. However, my therapist was excellent!

This was my first ever massage and it was a lovely experience. I felt so relaxed, I could have fallen asleep. Julia did a great job!
