From the moment I walk into the spa I am greeted by name and feel like I’ve entered an oasis. My esthetician is highly knowledgeable and recommends products that suit my skin, I am always happy with the results.

My therapist is skilled and knowledgeable. The reception people are always very kind. The waiting room is clean. I think the bathroom could be freshened up! But you didn't ask me about that :)

Ulyses is absolutely phenomenal, I am currently driving from Hamilton to toronto to get an appointment with him instead of going to someone closer. He is so professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I appreciate and respect him as an rmt. Any time I am uncomfortable or in pain I come to him and I feel so much better after.

First would be every room I've been in is spotlessly clean Second would be everybody's friendly and relaxing.The most important to me is the personal and therapeutic care I receive!
