Harsha went above and beyond helping me with my rib pain. I can not thank him enough. The use of balms really made the entire experience. He is so knowledgeable and kind.

It was my first time at Hand & Stone and my second facial ever and I am 58. I found the spa atmosphere really comfortable and everyone friendly, down to earth and approachable. I really enjoyed my facial and Robyn was wonderful at discussing my particular concerns and how best to address them. It was a wonderful experience and I am going to book myself in for another facial, and my husband as well.

Love the way I was welcome from the beginning and attending my need of lemon water... or candy.. plus how professional the person doing the massage.

Dorothy Murphy is an excellent and extremely capable massage therapist. She is the reason I come to this particular Hand and Stone again and again.

Therapist was able to work on many areas on my body. She was able to work out some kinks and massage some extremely tight areas. My back is aching today however I expected that to happen.

I love both Dorothy and Robin. I have moved downtown, but can't change to the closer location as I don't want to leave these 2!!

I won a facial so I was super excited to treat myself! The appointment was easy to make and reception was pleasant and friendly. My estatition did a thorough facial and walked through each step. She was friendly and pleasant. She definitely is a specialist in her field. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her job.

The massage therapist was extremely good! His technique, ability to know when to communicate and when relaxation was needed was great. He adjusted his pressure based on just the smallest movements of my body
