The facility was clean and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Suzanne was very pleasant to talk to and explained each step of the procedure. She was gentle in performing extractions, too. I highly recommend Suzanne.

I had a facial with Robin. She was amazing from the beginning to the end of the appointment. She listened to my needs and treated my areas of concern. She was also very gentle with me while doing the treatment. I will go with her again.

The massage therapist was really receptive to my areas of concern and made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and constantly adapted her approach as we went. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

The appointment was easy to book and on time. The therapist was friendly and explained what he would be doing and checked if I was comfortable with various parts of the massage. I felt that the environment was friendly, comfortable and welcoming. I would easily recommend Hand and Stones services.

Staff offered the suggestion to put a hold on membership payments because I had 10 credits. This was knowledge I did not know about or think to ask about myself. Both services I received were very pleasant and I enjoyed talking with Robyn and Dorothy.
