Miss Gina always does a great job, makes me feel comfortable, offers add ons and specializes on my problem areas. She’s the best!

My massage therapist was highly skilled and super friendly. She addressed my needs and identified causes fornsome of my tension areas. She made me feel comfortable and was respectful of our schedule.

Peter was wonderful! The receptionist was also great. I like how quickly your office returns a phone call, immediately actually. For your survey some advice, I’d put the positive choices on top. And negative on the bottom. Sometimes people speed through and pick the top choice without reading which will give you bad results of course.

My therapist is amazing and I followed her to hand and stone from a competitor. The reception staff is friendly, customer oriented, and quick to address any need or question.

The therapist worked on the specific areas that were a problem for me. The front desk checked me in right away and the receptionist that made my next appointment was very accommodating.

Everything was great! From the reception desk to Peter. It was overall a great experience. My only hiccup is that while I asked for an overall massage with focus on my shoulder and upper back area, he focused on those areas and did not include my feet in the overall massage. So I was a little disappointed that while everything else felt relaxed, my feet didn’t get touched.

The staff knew my name and made it easy to extend my massage length. Sara knew how to work out the worst of my problem areas.
