Staff is extremely personable, waitinh area and restrooms are very clean and homey. The therapist is super nice and always works on the areas that I need the most. The front area is very nice hiwever woukd like to have a seperate waiting area that has dimmed lighting and soft music to help prepare and relax. The front waiting area, can hear the phone and customer conversations
