Kaelie was so sweet, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She recommended a treatment plan to get my skin back in good shape and I already booked my next appointment. Clean, great ambiance, all around perfect 1st trip!

I was greeted quickly by the receptionist. My check in process was smooth. I waited just a minimal amount of time to see my therapist.

The staff at H&S are very pleasant and knowledgeable. My masseuse is always kind and caring. Her massages are excellent and I use only her.

Excellent staff. Always kind when greeting. Good atmosphere of lobby with tea and water availabl able. Atmosphere of rooms and side products could be improved. Massages excellent and priced well for members. Sold products focused on facial serums, could use more calming/home products - like bath salts and candles.

Brenda is the best. Strong hands! I went in for a relaxation massage but she did a lot of work on my muscles which I appreciate. Brenda is awesome! Definitely feeling it today 😉

I’m always greeted when I come in the door and checked in quickly. My questions and concerns are always addressed in a timely manner. The therapists I see are excellent with their skill sets to attack any problem I may be experiencing. I leave feeling relaxed and cared for.

As always, you greater with a kind, pleasant, friendly,etc receptionist. And from there the therapist was great! Very knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable and I can’t wait to see her again next month.
