Gina was great, I was pleasantly surprised to see a familiar face. My only concern is the price increase and the difficulty rebooking on my off days a month out while I'm still in the store.

The receptionist was friendly and nice, my appointment was on time and my therapist was great!!

The therapist made me feel very comfortable. It had been a long time since I had had a massage and she found all the knots and started to work them out. I was truly relaxed when I left and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for about one year and have been an actual member (who uses the membership program) for about 6 months. Each month, I look forward to my appointments (facial and massage). The people who work here are wonderful and always have great advice if you need. I feel relaxed and comfortable - honestly, this place has been my favorite massage salon I have ever been to, and I have tried a decent amount of places in my years.

I am highly satisfied with my Esthetician SK. She is awesome! The staff in the receptionist area is pretty nice. There’s one I believe it’s the manager, she’s rude. I was checking out and didn’t have my glasses to read and approached the front and she sent me away. She didn’t have anyone that she was helping and she sent me to the other receptionist who was helping someone. Didn’t make sense to me since she didn’t have anyone. I was approaching her to read the changes to the membership. As stated I didn’t have my glasses. She assumed I was approaching her to check out and as soon as I approached the counter I didn’t even open my mouth and she said she will check you out. It was rude didn’t even ask if she could help me out and then direct me to the other person. I could have told her I was trying to read the sign.

I highly recommend this place because they are the most courteous friendly people you can ever meet . I’ve never had a facial before until now I will be definitely getting more business from them thank you so much for an amazing experience :)

The ability of the therapist to address specific areas was most satisfying. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. This particular massage was overall the best one I have had to date.

The therapist was concerned with the pressure she applied. She was knowledgeable about specific techniques. She was smooth in her transition to different areas of the body.

Christy customizes every massage based on our conversation at the beginning. She really listens and works on my trouble areas. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive.

Everything was great.
