I went in to the store as a do 2 to 3 times a week. The attendant did not greet me he over charged me and then he apparently he deleted my coupon and when I brought it to his attention he shrugged his shoulders and said nothing I can do I said so I am just screwed and he said sorry I guess I deleted it. I work in retail I know that is not true. I told him he should pay more attention to what he is doing and he just smirked at me. I guess that is why I am doing this because I usually will not complain I work with the public it is a hard job. His name Robert Edward. I go into this place many times a week everyone so very friendly but this guy wasn't sorry

I payed for a car wash and it broke my antenna and I called Andrew at 281-691-3942 the manager. So he told me to get a quote on the damage so I did. Called him back and told me that they are not responsible for antennas that the sign say it. So I checked the sign and it states power antennas not regular antenna. Hopefully someone else can help me out.
