1) The cashier is slow. And always on her cell phone. 2) Discount for the 3 pack specials are given. But the pack I buy has .050 cents off. I never get the discount of 0.50 off. I only get the three pack special. This is very deceptive to the consumer. Pending a formal complaint. Brand is Paul Malls. Over the past years I have buying gas and paul malls. Every now and then, those packs have 0.50 off. I did a test and got one pack. And was not given the 0.50 off. And charged the full price. I request the Murphy USA look into it. And fix it.

For a brand new location that just re-opened after a ccomplete rebuild, the pavement in the fueling lanes is disgustingly dirty. Not all of it, but a majority of it is really bad. Looking at a brand new building with brand new pumps on a filthy foundation says volumes about how the inside might look? Highly recommend having some time invested in cleaning the lanes! In front of pump 12 looks like someone puked and the buildup remains and has turned black. The concrete pad that the pump rests on is pretty bad in comparison with other pump pads. All gas stations today sell the same thing you do...don’t let your image let you down. Good lighting and a clean exterior is your friend.

The attendant (Francois Mon) was on the phone the whole time while assisting customers. She was more worried about what was happening on the headphones than to welcoming or thanking her customers.
