The receptionist was very friendly. The atmosphere was inviting. Mersha started my appointment on time and did an amazing job!

The therapist was great, and I really enjoyed the massage. The staff was also very professional.

The receptionist greeted me very warmly as soon as I entered Hand and Stone. It was my first time receiving a massage, and the massage therapist asked me intentional questions about how I would like my massage to be tailored to me. As a nurse, my back, neck, and shoulders are areas of tension and fatigue for me. My massage therapist focused on those spots, and even gave me tips for relieving those tensions at work and at home! I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful first massage experience!

I went to a new massage therapist as the previous one I had been going to had left. I was pleasantly surprised at how good he was — even better than the previous one. I booked an appointment with him the following week.

He listened to all my concerns and did exactly what asked for. My upper body was so tight I could barely move but after the service I was completely relaxed.
