When I arrived and checked in, I was asked if I would like some water. I was told that my one year membership had expired, asked if I wanted to sign up for another membership at reduced price, and the sign up process was easy and quick. The massage therapist asked if the pressure was okay and how I was feeling.

The therapist and esthetician were so kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable for my first time receiving a massage and facial. The spa is very lovely and relaxing. I didn’t want my services to be over lol.

My therapist was great I think her name was Sierra

Friendly, professional staff--from the receptionist to the asthetitician. Very welcoming and kind. Took time to explain details and encouraged phone calls to review information if needed. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

She took her time to listen to me and question what I needed relief from. She worked on that area until she felt little to no knots.

Tal gave me a great deep tissue massage. He really focused on the areas I told him I was having a problem with. Great massage!

Laurie provided an excellent massage. I had sore neck and back muscles and she knew just the right pressure and spots to work the lactic acid out or tight areas.

Cathy was excellent...we had a great rapport. She personally brought me coconut water when I asked the manager for some upon arrival vs the water with lemon etc. Basically no wait time for my appt. Next time I go (I have one massage left from my membership), I will go on a day she works and schedule my massage with her.
