My therapist was great and knows how to make a new comer feel comfortable. My first visit along with this follow up time were so healing and my pain is practically none. Carralina (spelling?) I would highly recommend.

The receptionist where kind and did not push promos or products on me right at the start. Therapist was knowledgeable and was able to tell when things needed to be dialed back without needing to speak, yet be able to resume desired pressure when addressing different areas. Attention to details a big plus!

The receptionist and the esthetician were extremely friendly and nice! As someone with anxiety it made me feel very welcome and calm about my experience.

Kathy gives a great massage! I did not need any specific area that needed attention this time though on a couple of previous visits I had some very specific areas that needed attention that were completely relieved from the massage I received. The peppermint scalp massage is awesome also. So glad I tried it.

The front desk gentleman is very hospitable and knowledgeable. He has a warm greeting and a big smile. The massage therapists ask if I have a specific issue and pay good attention to relieving that issue. Easy in and out and comfortable setting all around.

Was able to quickly book an appointment for a facial when desired. Daniela was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. No one was too pushy to buy extra things, but offered in an accommodating way. Thank you!

The receptionist Zachary was able to accommodate a last minute appointment with little notice. The massage therapist was amazing. She paid attention to the problem areas I mentioned to her and focused on those specific areas that were important to me. She took her time and checked with me to make sure everything was ok.

As already noted in the survey, every step was great and my pain was greatly diminished.
